South Agribusiness sells Argentine hare, a unique, exclusive and traditional product for the European market.

With over 40 years of production experience under the "Azul" and "Patagonia Meat" brand, we have managed to distribute hare products to the European community, with the best national quality standard. Supported with the BRC approvals of Establecimiento Frigorifico Azul(EFASA) and Patagonia Meat plants, who do their selling exclusively through South Agribusiness.

Production takes place during the hunting season in Argentina, between June and August. This hare season is recognized by the European community as the hunting is done in the central zone of Argentina where pastures are tender, obtaining a traditional flavour and converting its texture into a delicatessen product for the European market.
